CIMC Qingdao Refrigeration Industrial Base was established in 1999. It has now become a globally influential refrigerated container R&D and manufacturing base, with the capability to develop and manufacture a full range of refrigerated containers from 4ft to 55ft units — all backed by core proprietary intellectual property.

· Qingdao CIMC Reefer Container Manufacture Co., Ltd. (QCRC) – Established in 1999, the company specializes in designing and manufacturing ISO-standard reefer containers (standard container business) and is committed to becoming a reliable supplier to major global shipping lines and leasing companies.
· Qingdao CIMC Special Reefer Co., Ltd. (QCSC) – Established in 2004, the company is dedicated to customizing various refrigerated and insulated specialty products. To date, it has developed 17 series with over 200 products distributed across major logistics systems worldwide in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond.
· CIMC Cold Chain Research Institute – The Institute drives the Group's cold chain development strategy, with a business scope encompassing reefer containers, new materials, container+ business, temperature-controlled equipment, and comprehensive cold chain solutions.
