Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for expanding aviation cold chain transportation business, utilizing self-owned resources and superior products to develop domestic and international aviation cold chain transportation business;
2、Dig deep into customer needs, expand business scope of aviation containers that meet regulations, and promote aviation cold storage container monitoring and validation in compliance with the company's overall business strategy;
3、Plan brand promotion, communicate brand promotion through various channels, “CIMC Aviation Cold Containers,” to position them as the preferred supplier for global aviation cold chain business and develop cost-effective packaging solutions;
4、Responsible for project management and/or serve as the primary person in charge of the general manager's office.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above in domestic taxation, biology, biomedical, aviation logistics, and related majors;
2、Possess biological technology, CDMO, biological preparation, refrigerated packaging solutions, and related experience, familiar with international logistics, medical cold chain logistics agency and related resource channels preferred;
3、English CET6, with above-average oral communication skills;
4、Strong color discrimination, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning abilities, keen insight;
5、Possess entrepreneurial passion, committed to building an excellent maintenance team and highly cooperative customer relationships, driving sustainable business development.
Benefits
1、Salary: 15,000–30,000 RMB/month, 13 salary periods, with year-end bonuses provided by the company based on performance at each level;
