CIMC Qingdao Refrigeration Industrial Base Holds Teacher’s Day Series Activities Empowering Talent Development and Enhancing Collaboration Between Training and Production Teams

Elegance of pomegranate red and fragrance of autumn chrysanthemums set the scene. On the 41st Teachers’ Day, the Talent Development Team of CIMC Qingdao Refrigeration Industrial Base carefully planned a series of themed activities in collaboration with various departments. These activities aimed to express sincere respect for “teachers” through practical actions and to inject new momentum into the company’s development.

At 11:00 a.m., the multifunctional conference hall on the first floor of the base hosted the event themed “Empowering Growth, Leading with Wisdom — 2025 Internal Trainer Appointment Ceremony.” The event included a brief review of the training work completed in the third quarter, emphasized the core value of internal trainers as the backbone of the talent development system, and officially appointed 47 internal trainers, granting them certificates and gifts in recognition of their contributions.

In light of the current challenging external market conditions, the ceremony highlighted the critical role of internal trainers. Trainers from each unit shared insights through case studies, contributing ideas and perspectives. The content discussed will become an important input for future optimization of internal training programs.

Meanwhile, the Special Container Manufacturing Department and the Equipment Power Department jointly launched the "United Hearts, Advancing Hand in Hand" improvement-themed event at noon that day. At the event, apprentices presented apprenticeship ceremony gifts to their mentors who had provided meticulous guidance during the mentorship program, expressing sincere gratitude. The two departments focused on production pain points and selected three cross-department collaborative projects. Employees presented their improvement ideas and outcomes through various forms such as skits, three-and-a-half-line verses, and plays. The play "KING Mini-Final Assembly Efficiency Improvement," a collaboration between the Assembly Team and the Maintenance Team, won first prize for its excellent improvement results and brilliant performance.

Moving forward, the base will conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) training to further empower the internal trainer team, continuously deepen the mentorship program, optimize the effectiveness of the collaborative improvement platform, and promote the deep integration of knowledge inheritance, skill development, and innovative breakthroughs.
