At 9:22 AM, approximately 500 attendees including department heads and above, all clerical staff, and frontline employee representatives gathered energetically to participate in the flag-raising ceremony. Accompanied by the stirring "March of the Volunteers" and "Song of CIMC," the national flag of the People's Republic of China, the CIMC Group flag, and the CIMC Qingdao Refrigeration Industrial Base flag were raised in succession, with all attendees standing at attention in solemn salute. Everyone's eyes followed the flags, filled with reverence for the nation and love for the enterprise. General Manager Nian Junlai delivered an enthusiastic address. He briefly reviewed the internal and external situations in 2025 and, on behalf of the company, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees who have worked tirelessly for the enterprise's development.
