On February 24 (the eighth day of the Lunar New Year), CIMC Qingdao         Refrigeration Industrial Base held the 2026 Spring Work Resumption Ceremony and         kicked off the "Safety 100" campaign, with all employees energized and ready to         embark on a new year of hard work.

At 8:18 AM, the ceremony officially commenced amid the crackle of         firecrackers and the bloom of fireworks — an auspicious opening symbolizing a         prosperous and flourishing 2026 for the base, with business performance soaring         to new heights. General Manager Nian Junlai delivered the work resumption         address, calling on all employees to rally closely around this year's strategic         theme — "Driving Growth through Innovation; Enhancing Quality and Efficiency         through Digital-Intelligent Transformation" — to hold the line on safety, with         particular emphasis on advancing the "Party Building Drives Safety" special         initiative, and to work diligently and steadfastly toward writing a new chapter         of high-quality development.

Following the address, led by General Manager Nian, all employees passed         through the safety gate in sequence and solemnly signed the banner reading         "Safety First, Zero Violations, Zero Accidents," pledging their commitment to         safety for the year ahead.
