The Testing & Inspection Center at the CIMC Qingdao Refrigeration Industrial Base has officially received laboratory accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) — a landmark achievement that underscores CIMC Qingdao Refrigeration Industrial Base's excellence in quality testing and management, and marks a significant step forward in the company's pursuit of internationally aligned, high-quality development.

CNAS is the national accreditation body authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA), responsible for the unified accreditation of certification bodies, laboratories, and inspection institutions. As China's member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), CNAS accreditation carries global recognition under the principle of "accredited once, accepted worldwide." The rigorous review process — characterized by lengthy evaluation cycles, high pass thresholds, and strict standards — makes this accreditation one of the most authoritative credentials in the field of conformity assessment.

The accreditation covers six testing disciplines: metallic chemical composition analysis, metal impact testing, metal tensile testing, neutral salt spray testing, and Vickers and Brinell hardness testing.
